Please read the following policies carefully before participating in our tours
Guide Instructions
Participants must follow all instructions provided by the tour guide at all times. The guide is responsible for the safety and comfort of the group. Failure to comply with guide instructions may result in removal from the tour without refund.
Refund Policy
All payments are final and non-refundable once processed. This policy exists because we pre-purchase all tickets, accommodations, transportation, and other services in advance. Due to the nature of these pre-paid arrangements with third-party vendors, refunds are not possible under any circumstances.
Documentation Requirements
Participants are responsible for providing all necessary documentation (passport, visa applications, medical insurance, etc.) in a timely manner. Ensure all documents are accurate and complete. Incomplete documentation may result in visa rejection or travel denial. We are not responsible for lost or misplaced documents.
Personal Belongings Security
Participants are solely responsible for the security of their personal belongings throughout the journey. AG-Bildung assumes no liability for items that are lost, stolen, or damaged during the tour. We strongly recommend keeping valuables secure and utilizing hotel safes where available.
Service Dissatisfaction
Any complaints regarding services must be reported to the guide during the tour or submitted in writing to the company. AG-Bildung is not responsible for dissatisfaction with pre-agreed services, as service quality depends on external partners. We will make reasonable efforts to address concerns but cannot guarantee resolution.
Code of Conduct
Participants must treat fellow group members, guides, and local residents with respect and courtesy. Arguments, disputes, and disruptive behavior are strictly prohibited. Unethical or disrespectful conduct may result in immediate removal from the tour without compensation.
Prohibited Items
All items prohibited during flights (cigarettes, narcotic substances, sharp objects, etc.) are also prohibited during our tours. Participants must comply with all international and local laws and regulations. Possession of prohibited items may result in legal consequences and tour termination.
Limitation of Liability
AG-Bildung shall not be held liable for damages arising from force majeure events, natural disasters, political instability, or actions of third parties during tours. We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances.
